Here is the latest interesting question that I have been asked about UTIPS:

"What does it mean when the folder is "red" on the teacher side of UTIPS?"

I was not sure myself, but upon further investigation, it indicated that the folder is a shared folder of tests that have been created by another user. If you have a shared folder & any tests in it, you will not be able to edit them - only the original creator of the folder and it's contents can edit or modify them.
