UTIPS Solutions

When I am under my master access for UTIPS, I can download attachments, but when my students try to access these downloaded attachments from my homepage, they are unable to. It opens a blank screen. Help!

When I tried to recreate this problem on my Mac, I too get a blank screen. My computer also does download a file, but it is named "undefined" without a .doc extension or anything. However, when I try to open the file, I see the content and information as it should be.

I would certainly say that this is a bug that should be addressed. Other than that, I have no other advice or tricks, except to say that they should be using a Mac. :)

I will bring this problem up at our next UTIPS meeting. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
